The hotel was in a marvellous location not far from restaurants which offer delicious Spanish cuisine as well as various sites. Courteous and polite staff members at the reception desk and kept the venue clean. Morning meal food was savoury.

I liked everything. I would particularly like to acknowledge the sterling work of hotel staff, attentiveness and willingness to solve any problem. The hotel is very conveniently located. El Corte is across the street. Before the Sol walking 20 minutes, on the subway 5 minutes. Kettle is not available in this aparthotel. We solved the problem buying a little pot. In principle, the dishes were enough. I would recommend to stay at this hotel.
I liked everything.

We liked that the hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The buffet breakfast was really nice. All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the size of our room. Having separate beds for our children to sleep in was so much better than a pull out sofa, which is what most hotels we looked at were offering.
The outdoor noise was real bad. We had people partying in the street right outside our window and even with the windows closed, it was too loud. The hotel was a block away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It looked like a nice quiet area during the day. We couldn't see why people wanted to stand outside our hotel to party.

The cleanliness of the room; the location: near El Corte Inglês, metro, and one could go on foot to the center of Madrid.
We`ve booked a room for three people and were given a room for two with an extra bed, at least that´s what one could assume by seeing the photos on Booked.net; Our room had a wooden door that separated our room from other room and it had no isolation whatsoever. At night we could hear people from other room breath!
